Incremental Utility of Right Ventricular Dysfunction in Patients With Myeloproliferative Neoplasm–Associated Pulmonary Hypertension

Results from a retrospective cohort study of patients with MPNs who underwent transthoracic echocardiography showed that 56% of patients had pulmonary hypertension (PH), and higher mortality risk was noted among patients with higher grade PH (HR 2.2; 95% CI, 1.5-3.3; P <.001).
