Association of Treatments for Myeloproliferative Neoplasms During Pregnancy With Birth Rates and Maternal Outcomes A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis

A systematic review and meta-analysis of 22 studies of 1,210 pregnancies in patients with MPNs demonstrated higher odds of live birth associated with the use of aspirin (unadjusted odds ratio [OR], 8.6; 95% CI, 4.0-18.1), as well as with the use of interferon with or without aspirin or heparin (unadjusted OR, 9.7; 95% CI, 2.3-41.0).
