Addressing and proposing solutions for unmet clinical needs in the management of myeloproliferative neoplasm-associated thrombosis: A consensus-based position paper

A panel of experts recently provided consensus statements about eight unmet clinical needs in the treatment of thrombotic risks and events among patients with Philadelphia chromosome–negative MPNs. The statements focus on the benefits and risks of direct oral anticoagulants and improving the aspirin dosing regimens for patients with ET, among other important topics.
